The effect of preparations on the damaged organism
In neurological diseases, neurological diseases caused by genetic disorders and genetic disorders such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, Koolen-de Vries syndrome and Down syndrome, Reconvel® preparations have an effect on the:
Central nervous system - depending on the time of use and the specific case, speech development improves in individuals after using ultrafiltrates. Some patients begin to show a stronger perception of external stimuli. They show new reactions to the environment. Their orientation in space improves. In patients with hearing impairment, we notice an improvement in the quality of hearing. In patients with vision disorders, we notice an improvement in the quality of vision.
With Epilepsy, the help for patients is very individual, but from the point of view of practice, it is usually quite successful. In 50% of patients with severe epilepsy, seizures tend to recur less frequently. In 30% of patients, the intensity and length of the seizures were improved. In 20% of patients, epileptic seizures do not occur for a long time.
Locomotor system - depending on the time of use and the specific case, individuals after using ultrafiltrates predominantly show a decrease in spasticity, an improvement in fine and general motor skills. Some of the children today are able to stand up or stand during rehabilitation. Muscle strengthening and muscle tissue formation are improved. These children have much better results in rehabilitation with a focus on the locomotor system, with long-term use of preparations in connection with active rehabilitation, they can even walk a certain distance in an escort or walk with crutches. Patients who made little progress in a longer period of time after starting to use the preparations were able to improve their progress in rehabilitation by 100%
Immune response - depending on the time of use and the specific case, in individuals, after the use of ultrafiltrates, it is most often manifested by adjusting the parameters of cellular immunity, adjusting immunodeficient conditions - the child does not often get sick as a result. Proper immune function allows us to regenerate the organism at the cellular level. In simple terms, the immune system is a complex of cells, organs, tissues and molecules that protect the organism from foreign substances - antigens. Antigens can be not only viruses and bacteria, but also tumors or transplanted organs. Immunity is the body's ability to respond to antigens and eliminate them. A functioning immune system keeps the child healthy.
The manifestation and onset of individual changes in the body is individual and depends on the degree of damage to the body.
Side effects during the period of application practice have not been observed so far. Patients with damage to the brain and central nervous system may experience increased brain activity, but this is not undesirable in these cases. Other side effects have not been observed so far.
How to use Reconvel® preparations – sublingual application (under the tongue)
For children, we recommend gradual administration (in parts - not all at once) using a plastic pipette or using a plastic syringe.
Before using the preparations, it is optimal to rinse the oral cavity with clean water (eliminating the amount of saliva that contains proteolytics). The content of the ampoule is applied under the tongue (sublingual application), where it is stirred for at least 40 seconds to 1 minute. The reason for such administration is that the peptides can later be destroyed by the gastrointestinal fluid in the stomach. It is not recommended to consume aggressive food and drinks a few minutes before use. It is not recommended to use toothpaste or oral deodorant at least 30 minutes before applying the product. If you use several types of preparations at the same time and the consultant did not recommend a specific use, it is ideal to take a break of approximately 5 minutes between each type of preparation. Before each use, we recommend rinsing the oral cavity again with clean water.
Production process of Reconvel® preparations
We produce individual peptides and other biologically active substances of low molecular weight with the help of the so-called tangential crossflow filtration. In order to be able to handle this method of filtration effectively, it is necessary in the first step to disrupt the cell membranes and even the cell cytoskeleton of animal or plant tissue with the help of low temperature (-80°C). After several pre-filtrations, the substrate thus obtained is used for final ultrafiltration, which will ensure obtaining the required very low weight of bioactive molecules. In our case, these are bioactive ultrafiltrates up to 5 kiloDaltons (kDa)*. The level of separation is determined by the size of the micromillipore filters. The final filtration is carried out using a technically certified filter that ensures the passage of peptides and other inorganic substances smaller than 2 nanometers. The advantage of such ultrafiltered biological material, in addition to the ability to pass through cell walls, is also the fact that it is excluded that many times larger microbes, viruses, molds, or allergens appear in the preparation. The concentration is then measured in the filtered liquid and adjusted to the optimal value by dilution. A huge advantage of the entire process and the technique used to obtain peptides in our laboratory, compared to the more commonly available heat-treated peptides of most other manufacturers, is that the peptides from our laboratory remain bioactive, i.e. alive**. Thanks to this, such peptides have the ability to fully support the proper functioning of cells. The preparation for oral use is finally dosed in a laboratory environment into radiation-sterilized ampoules with a hermetic cap. Creams are dosed in a similar way into vacuum applicators. The product is also kept in the cold during transport and storage in order to preserve the bioactivity of the preparation.

All good things have come to an end. Everything we had achieved until then was lost, because Alexík had large, even half-hour, seizures associated with unconsciousness due to epilepsy. This state of hopelessness lasted almost four years, until I discovered bioactive peptide preparations, which freed us from epilepsy attacks, and then various advances began to come. They were the impetus to start working with Alex on more and more, even if from the beginning. What he knew, he forgot, we practically learned everything all over again. Now the situation is much better. Alex has been walking on four-point crutches for about three years now. He even played his first football game. We started training in Pešťany - in the private rehabilitation facility AXIS MEDICAL CENTER - for which, among other things, we thank Cell Core Laboratory and Reconvela. Alex has been walking with one hand since January last year. We are having a good time and I believe it will only get better. My husband always said that as long as he doesn't see the cart at home anymore, it won't be so bad. In addition to progress in movement, Alex's speech has improved, he speaks without swallowing, more clearly, and his grades have improved. Today, Alex attends the 6th year of secondary school with very good results, he can slowly walk with 4-point sticks on his own, he likes to read fairy tales, he is an understanding, kind, cheerful boy with a good memory, who is still practicing and rehabilitating, only to one day stand on own feet!
